The owner and staff are friendly, making it feel like you're staying in a family home. The rooms are clean and modern, with new bathrooms. No pool, no spa or any of that other stuff, but that's ok because the location is so good. Free wifi, but I found it easier to use my phone's data. I'm hesitant to recommend it too highly, not because of any shortcomings, but because I want to ensure there are still rooms available for me on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Super conveniently located near the southern Chiang Mai Gate, most areas of interest were w/i a 30-minute walking distance and CNX was a short 10-minute Grab ride. Appreciated the clean room and truly enjoyed sleeping in the comfy bed. I really liked this accommodation so much that, when I decided to extend my Chiang Mai stay, I checked here first to see if there was availability and, thankfully, they did!

Location near Chiangmai gate easy to reach (walking distance around 10mins.) to markets, specially Seven eleven shop, street food stalls & you will find the fine dining restaurants too.
